I went out of town, looking for someone to rent my room. when you can still see this ad,means the room is available.
The room is in a shared apartment with three bedrooms, my two roommates are nice, a chinese girl, and a korean guy. better comes a girl
rent is 2200/month, no agent involved. no intermediary fee.
the location is at sanlitun area, one min walk to tuanjiehu subway station, five mins to sanlitun soho. if you like to hangout with friends at sanlitun, it's perfect place.
The room is nice, clean. there are AC, one seat Sofa, wardrobe,TV,desk,chair inside my room, 24h hot water, wifi, fridge at the apartment.
