A decent sized room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in ChaoYangMen (4 Chaoyangmen Bei Xiao jie 朝阳门北小街4号楼). The apartment is a 10 min walk from the ChaoYangMen subway station (line 2 and 6) and is located in a nice complex . You will be sharing the apartment with a Chinese American, he is great and very considerate.
It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen which is a nice size.
The living room is also quite cosy and spacious.
I have paid the rent for the whole of January but will be moving out on the 22nd January so you will be free to move in from that date and I wont charge you for the additional days.
Rent is 3225RMB per month ( BILLS INCLUDED ) + one month deposit 3000RMB
Upon moving you would be required to pay for 2 months rent and the deposit.
You must be able to stay minimum of 6 month.
