ncial services industrythat covers the business of banking from Japan to Aust
ralia, now pushing westward into Central Asia, Africa the Middle East. In lin
e with our expansion into new market segments and region, we are looking for
high-calibre individuals for the following position.

Senior Financial Researcher

Responsibilities:
1 Strategic business research and/or consulting experience, ideally focusing
on banking, financial services, international trade or a related industry;
2 Researching, writing and publishing a series of reports on a topic-by-topic
basis that would also contribute to a benchmarking library on the topic;
3 Able to contribute to new, commercially-viable research topics and project
origination and ensure all research projects undertaken are delivered in a ti
mely manner and of top quality;
4 Contributing articles to the Company’s flagship Journal;
5 Researching and presenting at the Company’s own or client’s briefings/eve
nts;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional interaction
with the industry at all levels, through formal presentation sessions and so
cial settings (where required) in order to understand the industry;
1 Assist in the formulation of the Company’s conference agenda (where requir
ed) and;
2 Contributing to the reputation of the company and its research business thr
ough all forms of client contact, speaking engagements, press interviews and
general availability for marketing and related activities;
Requirements:
3 1-2 years of relevant experience;
4 Fluent in both Chinese and English (Speaking and Writing);
5 Background in business strategy, benchmarking, and related research work is
preferred;
6 Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, including a sound understanding
of developing and executing research methodologies (essential)
7 Excellent organizing project management and multi-tasking capabilities
8 A good bachelor’s degree in a related field
9 Must be a team-player with leadership potential
10 Interest in growing within a dynamic, fast growing, and multicultural orga
nization
