We are looking for passionate Education Consultants to change lives in our Shunyi learning centre at weekends. We are a young, dynamic team of educators from the UK, US, Australia, Canada and China helping students to pursue their interests, progress academically and collaborate on projects and activities outside of their traditional schooling.
What we are looking for:
1. Intelligent educators who are excited by the idea of creating and delivering bespoke academic learning plans for students from 5-16 years old on topics as diverse as art history to sharks; drones to detective novels
2. Creative thinkers who can help design fantastic wall displays and interesting materials for students
3. Effective collaborators who can develop activities that will inspire students, allow them to flourish and make their parents proud like drama performances, movie making or comic book design
4. Patient leaders who can guide students through project-based learning experiences (like designing a magazine or building a catapult), questioning their choices while allowing them to learn by themselves and from their peers
5. Compassionate individuals who will help us develop our service projects and share our passion and experience with the wider community
6. Inspirational dreamers who can help us think about the future of good education and how we can integrate these ideas into our daily operations
9am-4pm Weekend Days
• Saturday or Sunday 1,100RMB per day
• 9-11am Classroom prep / 11am-1pm Teaching / 1-2pm Lunch / 2-4pm Project-Based Learning
• Maximum 4 teaching hours per day
• Opportunity to earn up to 8,800 RMB per month
