Job description
The role is responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that align with global marketing strategies for Sweet Green Fields. The key responsibility is to deliver marketing materials and sales tools in a timely manner to support global sales and distribution, as well as to ensure event strategy execution. The role collaborates closely with Sales and R&D team and interprets scientific findings into marketing/sales language to convey our innovation to customers on a regular basis. The role also partners with advertising companies to co-create or fine-tune the marketing deliverables. Responsibilities also include supporting marketing manager on marketing content releasing and maintenance.
Principal accountabilities
1.Manage tradeshows from planning, booth setup conception, marketing materials and sales tools preparation to tradeshow ROI evaluation. Monitor and maintain the budget.
2.Convert R&D data into product sales sheet or application guidelines per need of Sales team. Update current product files and complete the marketing materials pack for new products rolling out from the pipeline
3.Update and maintain company brochure and presentation, support Sales team to customize presentations for key prospects
4.Generate creative ideas for new sales tools which contain but not limited to ready-to-use sample, sample kits etc. to facilitate sales and support distributor’s promotion plan worldwide
5.Support understanding of the external market environment by industry/product category/region and submit report on assigned research theme
6.Support marketing manager in releasing the marketing content on platforms that Sweet Green Fields owns, eg. Linkedin, wechat and official website
Desire skills and qualification
1.Proven strong capability in written English
2.Good skills in data analysis and information processing and re-editing
3.Master of PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and video-making software is a plus.
4.Bachelors required or above, preferred in Marketing/ Journalism/ Food Science
5.Strong curiosity and logical thinking
