About the Role
- The position is for you to manage the applications of our students to Chinese Universities, to monitor their status on our CRM and manage our relationship with the Universities and students to ensure that we are responding to both parties efficiently and providing high quality service.
- Understand how we can assist students to study in China and improve the process to provide a truly awesome and excellent service, to satisfy students and ensure their application success
- Communicate with Universities by phone, wechat and qq and understand how we can make their jobs easier.
- You will play a leading role in our team and work directly with our CEO from UK
- Full training will be provided on all aspects of the business
Requirements
You can be either Chinese or International
You will have fluent or native level Chinese and good communication ability
Passion for China Admissions' vision, culture and services
Good English is an advantage but not necessary.

- 该职位管理学生申请，管理CRM上的申请状况，管理大学与学生之间的关系，以确保我们能有效为双方提供高品质的服务。
- 理解如何帮助学生在中国学习，提高及提供优质服务，让学生满意和确保申请成功。
- 用电话、微信和QQ与大学沟通，让大学理解我们如何简化其工作。
- 该职位要求应聘者在团队起主要作用，并与来自英国的首席执行官直接工作。
