CSOFT’s Corporate Marketing department is looking for a Creative Developer with solid design skills to implement interactive, rich media projects within our marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have above-average skills in UI design and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS3. You will work alongside the corporate marketing team to meet our standards for perfection. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, quick learner, self-starter, and excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to implement it.
Primary Responsibilities
• Experience building web pages.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, user experience.
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Experience with debugging Javascript-based web applications.
• Experience in working with WordPress
• Very strong eye for design, motion and interactivity
• Strong communication, organization and time management/prioritization skills required.
• Passionate about working with cutting edge web techniques and APIs.
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and interactive/digital experiences, with proven conceptual and design abilities.
• Flash/Actionscript background desirable.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Engineering or relevant experience
•Fluent English speaker, with a strong grasp of grammar and controlled language
•Able to work independently and under pressure
•Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
•Ability to strictly abide by style guides and design for a specific audience
•Familiarity with modern HTML/CSS
•Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
Preferred Skills:
•1-2 years of technical writing experience (in-house or agency are both okay)
•Intermediate Chinese speaking and reading skills
•Strong understanding of IT, Web Design & Development and Marketing industries
