Is anyone are looking for a room to staying in the east side of CBD? 20 mins by metro from shuangqiao to Guomao, in the quiet apartment building....
its a 3 bedrooms apartment, for the big bedrooms is available now,it has big and big desk sofa in the room,its facing to the south,you can see from the pics; and the other room is the small bedroom, facing to the north, in the room has a big bed and desk, but it has a 2 doors wardrobe, for the monthly the rent is 2600rmb/month，pay me month by month.the room has Air conditioner/big 2 doors wardrobes/sofa/desk/chair/bed/ 50mbs VIFI internet.

there're 2 supper markets are around the shuangqiao subway station, and also many restaruants....
10 minutes by walk to the subway station from home....
24 hours hot water and lift... its very safe to living here.
If you;re going to study at Communication university of China and beijing international studies university, thats your best choice to share the apartment.....
