As a teacher for teaching English as a second language in Motive English Langfang, you can work and travel with your students together and get more teaching skills and know more about China and Chinese culture.
At Motivate English Langfang, we teach a maximum of 25hours weekly and 15 office hours. Our students are from 3 to 15 years old. The sizes of our classes are small. So you have enough time to practice and correct their pronunciation with everyone in class. We believe that exposing students to the outdoors and teaching respect for the natural world not only benefits the planet but makes the student a better person. The outdoor elective curriculum provides opportunities for students that are unique and interdisciplinary in their approach. We also have some outdoor classes.
Job discription
1. Prepare lessons well and write down teaching plans prior to teaching.
2. Conduct English lessons alone or with Chinese teachers.
3. Assess children's work, such as words, sentences, reading, drama performances and art work.
4. Take an active part in children’s extra-curriculum activities of the employing Party.
5. Teaching schedule and content must follow the school’s requirements.
6. Finish the job efficiently related to teaching include finish the weekly plan to students, attend the teaching meeting and communicate with the parents regularly.
7. Other office duties are to be performed during the teaching hours with no scheduled classes.
Job Requirements:
1. Speaking English at an idiomatic level
2. Notarized bachelor degree or above from UK, US, New Zealand, Canada, Australia or South Africa.
3. TEFL or TESOL certificate or having two years teaching experience
4. Teaching experience with the 3-16 year-old Chinese students preferred.
5. Loving kids and loving teaching
6. Friendly, humorous, patient, caring and cooperative
7. Make sure to stay in Langfang for at least 6 months.

– Starting salary range: 15,000-25,000 RMB per month
